- 2 cups steaming short-medium grain rice
- 3 sheets seaweed
- 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp sesame oil, plus more for coating the glove
- sesame seedsfor garnish
Instructions

Cut the seaweed sheets into small pieces with scissors or pulse them in a food processor until coarsely shredded.

In a medium bowl, combine the warm rice, shredded seaweed, soy sauce, and sesame oil until evenly mixed.

Put on a plastic glove and rub a little oil on it so the rice won’t stick. While the rice is still warm, scoop about 2 tablespoons into your palm, press gently to help it hold together, and shape into a ball.
