Whole30 Holiday Ham Recipe: Paleo-Friendly Glazed Ham for Dinner

This classic, simple Paleo and Whole30 ham recipe brings family together every time. Leftovers are an added bonus. With the holidays approaching, here is my favorite easy way to create an attractive Whole30 holiday ham for the table. While many people pair ham with pineapple, I prefer a savory holiday ham rather than something overly fruity.

At my house, holiday meals center on the main event: the ham. I enjoy the side dishes, but the ham is the star sitting in the middle of the table. As a child I thought my grandmother spent hours preparing it, but now that I make my own holiday ham I know it doesn’t require a whole day in the kitchen.

Pederson’s Farms offers fully cooked, pre-sliced Whole30 hams that you simply heat and serve, which is the most convenient part of this recipe. Fewer hours in the kitchen means more time with family. They offer Paleo hams in various sizes; I prefer a bone-in half ham so you get generous leftovers and a ham bone that adds flavor to soups and stews.

You can get this holiday Whole30 and Paleo ham in the Ultimate Whole30 Box on The Simple Grocer.

This Whole30 ham requires only a few ingredients: a compliant holiday ham, whole cloves, and sugar-free brown mustard. It’s quick to prepare and ready for the oven in minutes.

  5. Tent the ham loosely with foil and place it in the oven.
  6. Cook about 15 minutes per pound, until the internal temperature reaches 140°F (60°C).
