    melted
  • 150

    maple syrup
  • 40

  • 70

    tbsp
    cinnamon
  • 1/2
    tsp
    sea salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 130°C fan (300°F/gas 2).

  2. In a large bowl, combine the melted vegan butter and maple syrup until smooth.

  3. Add the flour, oats, mixed seeds, pecans and cinnamon. Stir with a wooden spoon until everything is evenly coated. Transfer the mix to a lined baking tray and press it down into an even, compact layer with the back of the spoon.

  4. Bake for 45–55 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until the granola is crisp and golden. Remove from the oven, sprinkle with sea salt, mix well and let cool completely so clusters form. Store in an airtight container for up to two weeks.
