No Bake Peanut Butter Cup Bars

Peanut butter bars closeup

The perfect, easy dessert for chocolate and peanut butter lovers

Cut bars

My husband loves Reese’s cups, so he was skeptical until his first bite — and then he was hooked. He actually preferred these!

Serving

No-bake desserts are my favorite — they save oven space and keep things simple. These bars are exactly that: effortless and delicious.

Ingredients

They require only a few pantry staples — the kind everyone usually has on hand.

The hardest part is resisting eating them all.

Close up bars

I usually make a double batch — family and friends always ask for extras. My husband tends to eat his fair share too!

These bars are perfect for cookie exchanges, bake sales, or a simple family dessert everyone will love.

  • 1 3/4 cups powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup peanut butter

Instructions

  • Line a 9×13-inch baking dish with parchment paper and set aside.

  • Add melted butter, powdered sugar, brown sugar, and peanut butter to the crumbs. Pulse until completely combined.

  • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the chocolate chips and the 1/4 cup peanut butter on top. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring between bursts, until smooth.
